Where did you work before you joined ENG?
I worked in the general construction permanent recruitment sector as Head of Operations, for a business named Buildout.
What drew you to recruitment in the first place?
I enjoy the challenges and excitement of combining people and processes to deliver great services and recruitment has been an incredibly rewarding platform for me to do this.
Describe your personality in three words.
Passionate, energetic, and accountable.
One of ENG’s strongest values is inspiration. Who inspires you the most?
My children. I want to provide a platform for them to be able to achieve anything they want in life, inside and outside of work.
What would you do if you didn’t work in recruitment?
Most likely working in financial services independently, where I began shortly after university, but transitioned into recruitment later on.
How do you spend your spare time?
With my children and fiancée, or cooking/trying new cuisines.
What are you most excited about working at Executive Network Group?
Strengthening the brand from a delivery perspective to launch Elite into one of the main ENG brands.
