The company has just been named as the winner of the ‘Best Employee Share/Equity Scheme’ at the inaugural Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards 2014. Spencer Jones and Michelle White gratefully collected the award on behalf of the company at an awards ceremony held in London in October. Judges were impressed with the inclusive nature of our share schemes which allow staff to share the fruits of Pertemps Network Group’s performance. They were bowled over on hearing about the lengths the business went to in communicating the new share scheme to employees via summer roadshows and the DVD mail-out. They recognised that return on investment was evident in the stability of our workforce and by an underlying commitment of our employees to contribute to our continued success.
