Today we welcome our newest starter - Sam Perry.

Adam joins Executive Network Group and Network HR as Principal Consultant, managing mid-senior level critical hires, within central functions and shared service centres across UK&I, EMEA and US markets.

Where did you work before you joined ENG?

I worked for myself, running my own recruitment business.

What drew you to recruitment in the first place?

The opportunity to meet new people, and understand more about how different businesses operate.

Describe your personality in three words.

Honest, outgoing, and driven.

One of ENG’s strongest values is inspiration. Who inspires you the most?

My Dad.

What would you do if you didn’t work in recruitment?

I'd probably still be working in finance.

How do you spend your spare time?

Usually on the gold course, with friends or doing something outdoors.

What are you most excited about working at Executive Network Group?

Working with a team again, since working for myself I've really missed being surrounded by other people each day!
