The Executive Network Group Logistics & Transport division created an automated process throughout 2021 to gather real-time data from candidates we registered, job roles we placed, and respondents' data via email and LinkedIn.
We gathered data from over 50,000 candidate profiles across the UK. We wanted to understand not only the average salary for both Health and Safety, Logistics, Procurement, HR and Operational positions in the Logistics & Transport sector but also how the data differentiate between gender and region.
