Gender diversity in Financial Services
In collaboration with our research and insights team at Network HR, we have compiled the 2022 Salary Report with a focus on three core sub-sectors in Financial Services; Banking, Asset Management, and Insurance. This report highlights the different specialisms within Human Resources across varying levels of seniority to enable a direct comparison between each sub-sector. In addition to the remuneration figures, we also explore hiring trends and outline sought-after benefits that our HR community has listed as a key driver in their compensation package with research and data provided by employee benefits leader, Unum.
