To assemble this report - we created a survey that was sent out to procurement professionals within our network to gather real-world data.

In addition to the remuneration figures, we also explore hiring trends and outline sought-after benefits that our HR community has listed as a key driver in their compensation package with research and data provided by employee benefits leader, Unum.

Marcia shares her journey within her incredible 30-year career, and how from starting her career in the Police she has been an active driver for change in the ED&I space, and is now implementing this within the FM industry.

The construction industries’ track record for female employees is less than stellar. According to Willmott Dixon – only 12.8% of the workforce is made up of women workers and only 1% of that number work on-site. The pay gap is also rife throughout the sector with male supervisors being paid 45% more than female workers in the same role.
